i bought a b2 and all the freeze plugs were rusted out so i pulled most of them ,but one fell into the block and the messed up part of it is i couldnt get it out so i just put another one in do you think ill have any reprocussions because of what i did

I did the same thing about five years ago on one of my 2.9s and have not had a problem yet. I have to rebuild two more real soon so I hope that dosn't happin agin.
 
Well, since it was all rusted out and fell in, water will probably be able to flow around it, you'll be fine.
 
Yea, it's best if they don't end up inside the block, but I doubt you'll have any real problems because one did end up in there. They usually don't travel far in there.
