hi guys i am new here. great site . i was looking for some help at the moment. my 88 bronco II 2.9 wont start, it was running fine and just died on the way homw oneday. the engine will crank but the fuel pump is not turning on. i switched the relay.... nothing. i did use a jumper wire across where the relay plugs in and the pumps will turn on but still won't start. i have switched the computer ..... same thing. i have tried to pull codes on key on engine off and it do anything. :dunno: anyhow i am at a loss and would appreciate any help. i really miss the kunz korner website, there was alot of great guys and info there.thanks

Check the Inertia switch underneath then glovebox. Push the white button see if that fixes it. Or bypass it and replace with a new one from Ford if the switch is bad.

i didn't think it was the inertia switch as i jumped across the fuel pump relay plug and the pump will turn on, it is my understanding it will go thru the inertia doing that. but yes, i have pushed the switch in to check. thanks. any other ideas? anyone know where an online wiring schematic is i have 2 books and the drawings are minimal.:dunno:
