Im sorry that i didn't want to google this, But im wanting to hear it from you guys on The Ranger Station.

-What is all included in a Full Tune up when you first buy your truck?

-Best Fluids to run?

-Best products that i should use for best results?

Sorry for being a pain in the @$$. Hope to hear your feedback

I usually start with the most important and slowly knock out all of the other stuff later. Oil change, plugs, wires, dis cap, rotor, air filter. Fuel filter usually comes after that. I usually do oil first, if they had some of "mystery" crap in there, you'll know because you'll "rip off" any band-aids.

Inspect coolant / eventually flush.

If Auto, Transmission Filter "Quick Flush" (drop pan, change filter, put in new fluid)

Bleed Brakes next replacement (be ready for broken bleeders). Inspect brake lines, note any places are are rusting out.

Change Pumpkin Fluid

Power Steering Fluid (usually not that critical :))

PCV Valve

Then of coarse keeping it good running condition. O2 sensor probably wouldn't hurt, but it could be argued that if it isn't broken, then don't fix it. I believe the recommended interval is every 40K, but I can't remember for certain.

I always use OEM air filters, Motorcraft Synblend oil, Motorcraft Oil Filters, and standard Autolight or Motorcraft Spark plugs. I've used all sorts of plug wires, distributor caps and rotors, all have worked fine..

+1 on Petes post, def check the coolant if its suspect at all get it out and flush the system.

Personally when it comes to caps and rotors, dont buy the cheapest. I find both my Ford, and Honda eat cheap caps and rotors. NAPA carries a good line. Most of the autozone caps and rotors I have tried dont last 6 months.
