2.9 Oil heater line???

When I was underneath the engine the other day I found a wire that was wrapped around my pinion on the drivers side of the oil pan that went into a rubber looking gromet in the oil pan. It was a single, yellow? wire I believe. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Ah oh thanks. The wire was wrapped around my pinion haha. Ill have to look up a diagram and see where its suppose to go.. Good thing it didnt get ripped out.
