Is there an MSD ignition i can get that i can set a rev limiter? My truck doesnt make power after about 45-4600 and plus i could use a little better spark.

There is no need to make the spark any better. The stock ignition system is enough for anything less than 6K rpms.
The MSD 6AL will work on the 2.9 and has plug in rev limiter modules.

The stock system has a built in rev limiter and it is set at somewhere aound 5700 rpm ?? I would save my money and stay with the stock system. You will not have any power or mileage gains by installing the MSD 6AL. The only thing you will gain is an adjustable rev limiter which you don't need.
