2.9 California MAF conversion - No Start

As it says it must be California Ranger 2.9l EEC, so 3rd number MUST be 7, i.e. F07F, 7 = Ranger

The T means full size Ford truck which never used the 2.9l and had MAP sensor for air flow in 1990

DA "may" be specific to a Calif. 2.9l MAF manual trans, not sure on that, Ford NEVER released charts for the suffix letters

This link is a good site to look thru and this page has some suffix info but DA is not listed: http://www.fuelinjectedford.com/page17.html

That would be wrong voltage in any case, MAF circuit used pull up circuit I believe, so might show 5volts from reference voltage that the computer uses for other sensors directly, like TPS sensor.
MAF sensor uses ground reference so both sensor wires run to the computer, similar to ECT sensor setup

The 5volts has to be precise or sensor values are meaningless, I have seen 4.9v and 5.1v at TPS, but ground reference would set that as 5.0v internally, 5.8v is way out of range for a sensor
