2.9/4.0 injector plug compatibility

I have some damaged wires close to the injector plugs on my 2.9 that I don't want to try and repin. Does it share injector plugs with a 4.0

Up till 94 or so they are the same, probably after that too but I haven’t seen enough of those trucks to confirm.

Ty yep I just swapped the damages one out with one from a 92 4.0 engine wire colors, and sizes are different but works well.
