it was under 4000lb, but the truck and trailer weighed over 6500lb together, that's a lot of weight to move and stop with 100hp.
the timing belts aren't too bad assuming you can get the crank pully bolt out (4th gear, parking brake and a long cheater bar and it should come out) then there's the fun of getting the pully off, I think I used a big 3 jaw puller, came off pretty easy, it helps if the radiator is out of the way, that way you can get an impact on the pully bolt and the puller on without an issue. from there it's all about getting the old one off and putting the new on on, if you have the radiator out you might as well change the water pump and thermostat as they're both easier if you have the front taken apart with the radiator out...
