would fuel injectors cause a 2.3l not to start are what would they do?

not really likely a fuel pump would be more why it wouldn't start. give us some things you have checked so we can help you narrow it down. does it have fuel to the rail? is there spark? have you recently done anything to the truck? (example: change timing belt)

You could remove the air duct from the air cleaner at the throttle body, and spray a 10 second or so {at your discretion} burst of WD-40 behind an opened throttle plate. Shove the duct back on loosely, and try to start the engine. If it fires off, you have a lack of fuel problem. If it doesn't you likely have an ignition problem.

I have spark and it gets fuel at the rail and i sprayed some wd-40 in there and still nothing
