2.3L to 4.0

I want to swap the 4.0 from my explorer with an A4LD into my truck which is a 2.3 with a TK5 I was wondering if the 2.3 tk5 bellhousing would bolt up to the 4.0 or if i would have to get a different one from a 2.8 or 2.9 tk5.
would their be anything else needed for the swap?
Oh and the ranger is 2wd and the explorer is 4wd

...ok then, how about the wiring harness? besides the dash and interior wiring could I just use the explorers wiring harness?
