ok so i've got a 83' 4x4 with a 2.3L in it,
well when i was putting my steering shaft extension in i broke, i think whats called a PVS switch off a block which attached to a plate that bolts onto the front of the intake manifold.
I've got the new switch which was a pain to find, with taking that out and other things the block that this PVS switch screws into got broke but i can't seem to find the part or even what its called or a picture.
anyone know what it is, the block itself is maybe 1"x1" square, it threads into this intake manifold plate, it also has another threaded portion for the PVS switch, and then it also has a pipe fitting with a rubber hose coming out and going around the back of the engine.

Can you post a pic of the part? Someone might know just by seeing the part what it is and what you may be able to use to replace it...if it's an OEM part that has been discontinued...

I have one on my intake that is not being used, but I can't remove it without plugging the hole...keeps the anti-freeze in better that way...it has two vac line attachments...what it ever did I have no idea, but it's off a carbed 78 Mustang II...so it probably is not even close to what you need...
