2.3L ('83-'97) 2.3L Carb Distributor Hold Down Bolt Location Help

Hello again, I've got an 83' Ranger 2.3L 4x4 with a Single Barrel on it. I hooked up a timing light to it today to check the timing and its off by a few degrees. Sitting at 4 degrees BTDC and I've been trying to find out where the distributor hold down bolt is to turn it. But I have not had any luck in finding it. Am I just blind, dumb, or both?

Its between cylinders and distributor, has a longer hold down arm
