2.3 swap help

I have a 97 2.3L ranger engine that i am selling and I have a guy with a 93 2.3L Ranger that is trying to buy it. I just need to know if it'll work for him.

I know that the 93 has a different intake manifold then i do and also my 97 uses a cam sensor as the 93 does not. Then the obvious that mine is obdII and his is obdI computer system. My question is will the engine itself work for him if he uses his computer, harness and intake etc???

I bought the cylinder head, upper and lower intake, and throttle body to swap onto my 94. I'm fairly certain I could use all that stuff except for the throttle body.

The newer head has different mounting hole for the alternator/coil pac bracket.Not something you can't overcome but something to be aware of.
