I'm doing my exhaust and I wanna add a Magnaflow but I want to dump it before my tires so my passenger side but I don't want to buy a whole cat back. How do I do this? I don't have a welder so I can't weld anything

Buy the pipes individually, a 90* bend, and some stainless exhaust pipe clamps...

Information is key to answering these questions. You did not give us enough.

What is your truck, regular cab, super cab, long bed, short bed, no bed?

I would say put a regular cab intermediate pipe off the cat, cut it as short as you can and leave enough surface to clamp to, clamp your muffler on, and run the remainder of the pipe you need to make your desired exit point from bulk pieces.

Would I have to buy 2.5" pipes or a smaller inlet/outlet muffler? Sorry I have 2010 2.3 Regular cab, regular bed. I also dont have a plasma cutter or sawzall to cut pipes so would this be a difficult task to do?

A hacksaw works for cutting tube. Buy the tube and muffler to fit the exhaust tube that is already on your truck. Perhaps easiest is to use tube that slips over your original stuff and go from there. Each piece should slip edit; over the piece before. There are adapters to buy if needed.

Stock size for that year could be 2", 2 1/8" , or 2.25", but I'm betting on 2". I'd run 2.5", but not larger than that. Cut as close to the rear O2 sensor after the cat, adapt up to 2.5", run into a 2.5" in/out muffler, then 90 out the side. This is how all of mine are done...

Thanks. Could it be possible to requests a picture of your setup? So I would be running the standard 2" piping in between the adapter and muffler then just clamp them right? Sorry not experienced with exhausts

What if i were to just buy a 2.25" ID muffler then just saddle clamp the piping together would that work? Also by doing this exit would the piping jump around or would it all stay in one place?
