2.3 runs rough at cold start

My dd 88 2.3 2wd 5spd has a bad miss from time to time when it first fires in the cold sounds like a stuck lifter but it's ohc so I'm not sure but if I leave it run it'll clear up and smooth out any ideas???

Plug wires on a rainy day. Dirty spark plug insulators allowing volts to crawl down the side of the ceramic. Water in the gas. Lifter with an intermittent speck of dirt allowing it to bleed down over night, causing rapping on startup until it re-fills with oil.
Not so bored.
