2.3L ('02-'11) 2.3 Liter 2010 engine spark plug boot removal!

It's time for me to change the plugs on my 4 cylinder (4 plug engine, not the 8 plug engine). I have a boot plug puller I've used for decades but l can't get a grip on these guys. I know there must be a best boot puller for the job and that someone has already figured out which one that is. The question is - which boot puller did you use?

Use your hands. Just grab them and yank, they are not in any hard to reach place that requires any special tool.

If your puller opening is too wide at the bottom to grip the boot then add some tape to it to see if you can get opening small enough to pull it up

Remember to put some grease in the boot when re-installing so next time its easier

I use locking needle nose(vise grips) on stubborn boots... and I always do plugs and wires/boots
