For headers, look into JBA or Pacesetter headers, ive heard those r pretty good. For exhaust, i would use a 2 1/4 inch headpipe leading into a dynomax thrush muffler, with 2 inch pipe coming out of the muffler, then if u wanted atip, get like 2 1/2 inch to 3 inch tip, the tips don't really matter though. Also, you don't wanna go much bigger than 2 1/4 inch pipe on a 2.3 L 4 banger, if u go any bigger, you could lose sum precious torque and horsepower. Im just sayin that from experience with my buddy's chevy s-10, he put on like 3 inch pipes, and he actually ended up losing alot of horsepower and torque, and his gas mileage went to shit as well.
