2.3 dohc

i have and 89 ranger with a 2.3L. im rebuilding the motor and would like to put dual cam head on it, does anyone know what head i could put on this thing that would work?

a volvo head will work, but it is alot of work not just a bolt-on affair.

thanks, well then what motor could i swap out that would match up to my tranny but gets around 175 hp.
