I two am working with a 2.2l perkins, I don't know yet how to turn up the IP, but there are manuals for sale on ebay for this engine in 1983-84 rangers that list IP adjustments, I just haven't bought one yet. On boost the engine is 22 to 1 compression so stay under 1100 degrees on EGT's, & 12lbs of boost. USE THAT INTERCOOLER!!!!!!
If you havn't found the pump info yet there is a screw on the back of the pump under the altitude compesator, its a slotted screw with a 12mm jam nut. Dont screw it in more than 1/4 turn, if you do you just get a crap load of extra smoke and less power at least that is what happend on mine
