I am going to look at a 1988 ranger 2.0 5-speed is there anything that I should keep an eye out for?

Should be a 2.3, not a 2.0
at least all the one I have seen are, and mine WAS a 2.3.

why the hate on the old 2.0. Carburetors need lovin' too.
the 2.0 was offered in the ranger from 83-88
