1st time ranger build little confused?????

ok so i have a 1990 ranger complety stock. i have built many toyotas and jeeps but never a ranger,thought it was time for something new lol.
i have been looking around at suspension set ups and considering the chevy 63s for the rear but cant figure out how much lift it would give me and not sure on what i can use for front coils???????trying to stay low budget and to keep it road worthy plan on using it mud and would like as much flex as i can get any words of advise????
