1st gear noise,plz help

my 99 2wd v6 3.0 5 speed ranger makes loud bang noise sometimes in 1st gear. does fine taking off in 2nd. so I look to see if trainy mount was bad and i found this ....<wth>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

time for a new seal. pull the shaft, seal pops right out. When you take the shaft out, fluid will spill out. As far as your clunk, ive heard the newer driveshafts need a special type of lube on the slipyoke to keep it from making noise.
 
No ,its a big clunk and pulls me fourword like the rear end is locking up. thanks for the seal tip now i know to get that fixed..someone said that seal has berrings in it.could that be it
 
My rear was real low on grease making by shaft pop and busted by seal
regrease reseal and im on the road agian.
