Hey i hav a 1999 ford ranger xlt with a 4.0 v6 it wont start so i changed the fule pump and it started for 15 seconds and died and wont start again can any one help me?

Not alot of info.

Why did you change the fuel pump?
That is not a 1st step for a no start.

Did you test fuel pressure and was it low?

Anyway, can you press the pin on the schrader valve(on fuel rail) and get air or fuel to come out?
Can you hear the new fuel pump come on when key is first turned on, it should come on for 2 seconds each time key is turned on.

Check the fuel pump fuse in power box(engine fuse box), new pump may have blown it, should be 30amp.

Spray some fuel into the intake and see if it still fires, if not spark is gone now.

cycle the crap out of the key to prime the system dont crank it just turn to the run postion, and then to off
