1999 Ranger 3.0 V6 misfire issues

I have a 1999 ranger 3.0 with a cylinder 4 cylinder 5 misfire and a system too lean bank 1 issue. I have changed the plugs wires coils and the fuel filter and I still have the issues. Anybody out there have any ideas?
