Nice looking truck. I'm not super familiar with what came on a '98 XLT. I'm guessing it had carpet. But, only the STX would have had power windows & locks?

Also, in which 'quadrant' of Atlanta do you live? I have a good friend that lives in Marietta. That would be quadrant four.

Thanks!

My '99 XLT has all the power options.

Power windows and locks would be included in the XLT luxury group, or optional on the XLT and Splash. So this truck could have had them if someone ticked the box. You can see toward the end of the brochure the combinations https://www.therangerstation.com/resources/pdf_documents/1998_ford_ranger_brochure.pdf
Ok, so your XLT would have the 864A package whereas the 867A package has the power windows & door locks. And, it looks like all XLT models had carpet.
Thanks for the link to the PDF.
I’m not in the city, I’m out in Covington.
OK, shoot. That kinda kills the idea of a fly-n-ride.

Yeah, it depends on the package options. My 1998, Regular Cab XLT did not have power windows or locks and no A/C but did have carpet flooring.
