mjones, what was you backspacing? Backspacing can make a tire rub, or make a tire that does rub, not rub if you change it.
He didn't say one inch bigger overall. He said 1 inch bigger all the way around. 1" on top, 1" on bottom, and 1" on either side. a 33 is not 2" bigger in every direction.
I don't know how much a difference there is between the IFS and TTB suspension as to where the tires rub, and how much clearance there is, but I know there are a couple of people that run 33"s on just a torsion bar crank on those trucks.
I plan on running this same setup. I have roughly a 2" suspension lift, will have a 3" body lift soon, and am going to run 33x12.5x15 Pro Comps, on probably 15x8 wheels with 3.75 backspacing.
EDIT: Yes, you could probably trim the fenders alittle if it rubs, but I doubt it will rub very much at all. And if it does it won't take very much trimming.
Honestly, I think a 10" wide wheel is a bit much for a 12.5 tire. I would say on a 12.5, you would be best running 8" wheel, but could use anything between a 15x7 and a 15x9. I wouldn't go over or below that because the center of the tire will start ro bug out and make the tire wear in the center faster. Too wide of a rim, you can start running the risk of blowing the tire off of the bead. And, too wide of a rim can make the tire look like a balloon too.
