1997 Explorer control track 4x4 lights blinking?

Any ideas on this my lights blink on the dash both the 4-high and 4-low at the same time and when I turn it feels like its in 4x4 with two diffrent size tires but I have all 4 the same size and brand? I am lost any help would be great thanks..............
