Looking at replacing the front bearings in my '97 Ranger 4x4 (manual hubs - aftermarket).

Doesn't look like I can buy the whole hub like the '98 and above, but could someone please point me in the right direction what I need for bearings and seals please.

Typically shop advance auto parts or Napa.

Thanks

just go ask for timken bearings for your year pickup, if you havent done rotors i would also get those with new races.

i was told last week at napa that they dont carry timken bearings, but they do carry national, and they are the same. ive also been told that skf is a timken product.

They are serviceable type bearings. Gotta have the special tool to take it all apart. Much stronger imo and alot cheaper to replace.
