I have one from an Auto you can have (pay shipping) and if it’ll help, I can mark where the factory hold should be cut.

But a cover from 1989-2011 up will work….

Haha best part is I had to double check if I wrote the transmission style or not. I'll look for newer year covers also, but i will keep you in mind. Thank you!

Correct, it was deteriorating and hanging. I can check the other one and see if it’s any better

That foam doesn’t “generally” last long. It is exposed to the elements under the truck such as rain and salt from the roads.

It was used as a sound barrier. You can always spray a little spray foam (and then smooth it out and whatnot) or use a thick rubber mat to replace it.
