1996 7.5 to 2001 8.8 Swap

Just a quick question...

Swapping out a 7.5 Ranger axle for a 8.8 Ranger axle this weekend. Will the driveshaft flange from the 7.5 truck work on the 8.8 axle, or will I need one of the conversion U joints?

1996 & 2001 should have the same size pinion flange (I think 1988-down (or maybe 1990-down) had a smaller flange)

Yeah, it's a '89 or '90 model year change, you should have no issues, there anyway
