I am going to guess they will hit the rear window hard and force you closer to the steering wheel than you want to be. The rear headrests are pretty thick.
If you want to try it you should only need seat tracks for your truck, look at the front mount of yours and find a set that are set up for buckets or split bench in a first or second truck with a similar mount.
If your truck currently has buckets or a 60/40, use your current tracks. If it has a bench, you will need to get some bucket or 60/40 tracks for your ranger, then bolt the mustang buckets to those.
I've got a 60/40 bench and short legs. My son suggested I take a seat out of his Mustang and try it before I buy the one's at the junk yard. Thanks for the input guys!
