Power steering fluid does not leak at all when running engine. Sometimes I can park it at night and it will only leak a small amount by morning, or sometimes will leak all fluid in 6 hours.

Where is it leaking from? Get everything cleaned up with some brake cleaner, let it sit overnight if that is when it leaks, and see what is leaking.

I can guess. It's on the steering box at the pitman arm. Those seals tend to go in rangers. Mine's doing it now. The seal kit's only $10 or so.

I just did mine a couple weeks ago. I would recommend getting a complete seal kit. i purchased just the pitman shaft seal then ended up fouling up the piston cap seal in the process and had a hell of a time locating a new one. Get the complete kit just to be safe and save yourself a little hassle. There is a diy in the tech library with the name of a company out of oregon and a part number for the kit. This is who i ended up using.
