2.3L ('83-'97) 1995 2.3L 4 cylinder idling ROUGH

Just bought this and my timing mark is reading about 18-20. is there something I need to disconnect before checking timing? Also I read I cant change the timing due to the Double spark plug Distributorless system???? It is idling rough, just trying to help it out. any suggestions?

Check all vacuum lines. Often they get dry and crack. Plug wires same.
