I found a Ranger I may buy to drive in the winter. The b2 is scary to say the least as the brakes lock up too easy.

1994 Reg Cab
3.0L 5-Speed Manual
Push Button 4WD, Manual Hubs
Green/Blue
Looks new on the outside
Soft tonneau cover
117K

They want 3695, but said they would take $2800 cash.

Good deal or no?

That's pretty clean looking, and a 4x4 with a stick!

I'd jump on it.

^^^ thats not uncommon

but get it looks like a good truck

Ok, now that I've seen the pic......

Don't get it.......just don't. But can you tell me where it's at?:D

It obviously needs a new owner, and I'd be happy to take that horrible vehicle off their hands.....you're lucky I'm a good enough guy to take a hit for the team.

Single cab???

Not enough room for anything.

Looks like a good deal to me, I always thought a standard cab, shortbox truck would be a fun DD. With the tonnou cover you should have plenty of room to keep things out of the weather.

Hence the reason I didn't post a link to the ad.

That's exactly the 4wd Ranger I am looking for & when the time comes that is what I want.

Get that ranger that's is a real good price. To good to pass up.

How's the 3.0? That's what this has? What's you mileage? I know with 4WD it will be less, but it gives me a ballpark.

The wife's 99 had the 3.0, which was ok, but it had the auto not manual tranny.

My rpms are around 3200-3700 my ole 3L just loves those rpms. Since the 94 has a distributor I prefer that era of the motor less sensors and easier to work on. They can take one hell of a beating even more with a 5spd.
I agree those 3.0 L love that rpm area, on highways i giver in 4th in and out of traffic, ,lol . I got the 4.10 gears in mine and on stock tires, ive taken that thing off roading and all and kept up with a jeep through the trails, until he took a crazy trail up a rock cliff. Had to go around that. Other than that beat the sh!t out of it daily, and it keeps laughing, only downfall is mines newer and has all those fun sensors.

But yes, i would so buy that ranger, looks clean, and a really good deal!
