1994 ranger 4.0 no-start

i got my ranger wet and now it will not start. if it sits over night and ya try to start it truck just puffs a couple times then just cranks.
maf- working
tps- working
ect- working
fuel pressure- good and not leaking
spark- good
compression- about 100psi on all
placed ecm, icm, ckp sensor
injector pw while cranking-125ms
iac while cranking- 100%
if ya do clearflood and crank it shoots fireballs out the intake untill it runs out of fuel. wont run on alt. fuel nether
something weird is making the injector pw go way to high and the iac open no code need help im at a lose

just how wet did u get it? what do you mean by alt. fuel?
