1994 ranger 4.0 2wd auto codes 0135 and 0155

have replaced both O2 sensors and checked the wiring harness ot both sensors.........I cannot figure out what else to look at to clear these codes once and for all......any help would be greatly appreicated........trying to get truck smogged

Oh and this was a swap truck originally.......I didnt do the swap........could O2 wires be reversed? would this throw those codes?
