I replaced the Power steering pump on My 94 ranger w 4.0 automatic. I read in the forums I should unplug the coil pack & turn over to bleed the air from the pump. I did that & when I plugged the coil pack back in it wont start. Any ideas?

unplug your battery for a few minutes and try it again but you dont have to unplug your coil to bleed the air for your power steering pump you just need someone in the truck and under the hood. you need to start your truck and have a buddy crank your wheels all the way to one side and then to the other side and watch your power steering level if its low then tell him to stop for a second and add some fluid then start all over again
