1994 2.3l cold start problems

Hi Guys, I am new to this group. I am working on a 2.3l sohc manual trans 2wd ranger that starts like it is running on one cylinder when cold and runs well when warmed up. I replaced the fuel pump,filter air flow sensor, plugs, wires, coil packs, coolant sensor, ignition switch,and still doing same thing..OBD1 shows no codes. Getting a little frustrating.
