1993 Splash build

The 400 might not be enough. I'd try a stock arm...

Showed my shop foreman that pic and asked what he thought. He told me the big issue is the position of the pivot for your LH link. The pivot has to be in line with where the LH beam attaches to the frame or it does pretty much exactly what you are describing.

Okay, I'll adjust the TRE's to where you said, and I'll see what that does.

Thanks dude.

For anybody interested in this tidbit of information, Rough Country has the drop pitman arm equivalent to an FA400 for $45.00 shipped.

Nah, I already have one. Plus two of the stock 4wd ones.

ALWAYS check with escort before posting something like that

Swapped out the brake booster today for a remanned one just for shits & giggles. Didnt fix the problem as I assumed. I realized while I was doing this that there IS still one line I havent replaced. It's the line going from the MC to the (?) proportioning valve/distribution block (?)

I'm going to swap that out one of these nights here and see if that does anything. I've triple checked my fittings for tightness and looked for leaks. There are none visible.

Well heck that's a good deal for a pitman arm! How do you go about ordering that from them?

You are still having issues with that? I'll have to find time to stop this weekend and scratch my head before I give up.

Saturday I'm going to try and get mine finished up. I pull it out of the garage tonight, but I can tell things aren't right. The clutch needs bled again (I was messing with it, tried a reverse bleed, now I have more fluid in the reservoir than when I started, didn't add any) and the front tires look like this: |\. Need to straighten them out some more and go align it.

Probably be in town later than usual Sunday though.
