This I know all too well. I quoted a guy for 4.5 hours (which is well above the time I THOUGHT it would take). Unfortunately, he drives this thing in the winter & never washes it. Talk about RUST. I had to remove everything just to break the damn bolts loose after soaking it in PB blaster the night before.

We never had issues like this back in Harrisburg. I don't know what changes when you cross above the Union/Snyder line, but the rust just explodes.

A little more? Thats at least 15 inches of down travel. I highly doubt those TTB coils and rubber radius arm bushings allow that much travel.
So get to work and build yourself a set of real radius arms!

I get a good amount of flex... Was keeping up with rigs on Coil overs saturday... If not surpasing them. Still dont know how haha

For all that work id rather do a SAS and 4 link
