My Rear Driver side Brake is locked the shoes are firm against the drum. How would I go about un-seizing these brakes?

Open the bleed screw if the problem is hydraulic. Release the parking brake and whang the drum with a hammer if that's the issue. Failing that, back off the adjuster (PITA).

If you can rotate the drum by hand, pound it off with the hammer.

also take a look to see if the brake cable is locked up, if so then you need to get that sucker to free up and the shoes will let go.

thanks for the help... I have found success! It was a hydrallic issue. I just bled them but the fluid needs to be completely changed its pretty dark.
