1992 Ford Ranger 2.9L Belt Tensioner Assembly

Hey Folks,

Im could really use some help. I have searched and searched and cannot seem to find the Belt Tensioner Assembly for my 1992 Ford Ranger XLT 2.9L 2WD. You see my tensioner has a groove built into the wheel and is not a flat surface. I have gone everywhere, can someone help. Also if someone has pictures of removal and install it would be great. Need help bad.

the 2.9 dosnt have a tensioner, the alt moves and so does the ac compressor, and power steering pump.
