1989 ranger muffler

Whats the easiest way to remove the stock muffler on a 89 ranger?

I took off the clamps holding the muffler to the pipe but nothing

do i have to take a saw to it?

umm try to wiggle it around pretty good, its probably rusted in there. but if you hit it pretty hard and nothing,then break out the sawzall.
