Then a few months later i put a 4" lift on it with some 33" tires

After that i decided to put in a 93 explorer 4.0, A4LD tranny, and transfer case, along with a upgraded driveshaft.

I went offroading with the road tires and they were very slippy on rocks and hard dirt, so i got some Goodyear wrangler duratracs in 33"s

The next thing i'll do is get a winch and ditch the old seats.:headbang::headbang:

nice...

so what 4 inch lift did you use? and is just the 4 inch lift make you clear the 33's????

As i said on B2.org, very nice truck.

How do you like those Goodyear's? Are they good in the snow? I suppose you haven't hit any mud with them yet.

I am just looking at different tire options for my 94 EX. I like the reviews of the BFG KM2's but want to keep my options open........ Now I can't decide if I want 31's again or go to 33's:dunno:

The tires are great in the snow, and also make a good grass rooster-tail. I haven't had them in the mud yet, but i'm sure they'll do fine. My brother used to have the BFG Km2's on his jeep in 35" and i can't say they were any better offroad, and defininitely not in snow. If you do get the goodyear duratracs, get them in 33"s. Hope this helps!

I used a Rough Country lift, and it was plenty to clear the 33", you might need to get a new front bumper though so it doesn't rub. Make sure that your rims have atleast -50 offset.
