1988 Ranger 2.9l extended cab 4x4

spins over but will not start, but if you bump the ignition switch it will start, in fact that's the only way it will start. New ignition tumbler and key, new ignition switch module, new O2 sensor (down stream). new bottom end, new injectors, new throttle position switch, new maf sensor, rebuilt heads, new lifters and push rods and new cam. Pleasssssssssssse help!!!!!!
