Just to update this thread to completion -
Seller sold the truck on me before I could make it down to pick up.
He did not notify me that it was being sold to another party.
Seller username on ebay is auto-systems-service. Can post phone number as well.
Highly recommend to avoid.
Search for a rust free cab continues I guess.
