Kinda believe it as i dont think anyone woulda went through the hassle of putting the large decals back on.

Even if its not quite as perfect as the pics its still a damn fine truck

What is the Motorsport Nationals special edition? It's even on the Marti Report so it has to be factory right?

My guess is it was a region special package (like the northwoods F150 or texas edition super dutys) to sell/promote in the general area of the nationals.
