Is there a way to adjust the idle speed on this? It has fuel injection and not sure were to start. It's idling about 1000 rpm I think thats alittle to high, should be around 750?

if you really live where your info says you do then it's going to idle high, it's cold out, mine always has when it's cold outside. usually idles at 950-1000 rpm warm when ambient temp is below 40*F, above 40*F it's 800-850 rpm warm idle

My 89 ranger idles between 800 900 which is Ideal for most v6 engines

It's possible that someone could've messed with the idle screw at some point. You could back probe the wires on the TPS (I think that the center one is hot signal wire) and adjust it until it's at .9 Volt.

theres a stopper screw on the throttle cable that could have been messed with too, right at the TB
