Sure, there's 2 ways to fix the bumper.
1. Get a rollpan since it's connected to the box and not the frame
2. Chop the bumper mounts and raise it to where you want, then weld it back together with additional support(that's what I would do, maybe someone's got an easier idea).

get rid of the body lift:D. so glad I sold mine before I got around to putting it on. with my opinion put aside, cut and raise the bumper mounts like everyone else is saying.
