1986 Ranger 2.9 Overheating?

I bought gauges from Jegs... their house brand. I believe they're Stewart Warner.

To leave your factory stuff in place and functional.... while adding aftermarket gauges... I chose a filter sandwich adaptor and a radiator hose inline adaptor to install the senders.

this particular setup has voltage regulator issues. i went through quite a few.

i run a gm setup now due to the style engine i have swapped and it has a similar issue with fuel slosh...

before i hacked in the gm gauges i went through a few regulators....its a 9v battery looking connector critter
